Clear face masks

As part of the Let’s Be Clear campaign we decided trialled a selection of clear face masks. Barnwood Trust and campaign partners have pulled together the feedback from this and you can read more in the What’s the verdict from the clear mask trial? blog here. We haven’t found the perfect clear face mask as yet, and different people prefer different masks for different settings. But we hope our round-up is useful to help inform your decision about which clear face masks to try for yourself, based on the information we know right now.

Please note: clear face masks listed here were trialled for usability not for safety. We are not able to make assurances about the level of protection. There are currently no UK product standards for face coverings. For more information about government regulations, mask requirements and exemptions visit www.gov.uk/government/publications
